Emmi Saufley
CEO & Lead Instructor
An Elmira, NY native, Emmi is the current founder of Runway for a Cause, a non-profit organization, and CEO of Le Kim. The name "Le Kim" comes from her Vietnamese name Le Thi Kim Thanh. For over a decade she has been working in multiple avenues in the fashion industry including modeling and building her own clothing line. Gaining knowledge from working with people all over the world has allowed her to establish a strong, supportive and professional network. In 2023, Emmi accepted the Ernest Hemingway Award in honor of her hard work and dedication with Runway for a Cause. Emmi enjoys giving back to her community by donating her time to mentoring the youth and participating in local fundraising events. She is most excited about inspiring those around her and building an empire.
Megan Kapral
Creative Director & Instructor
Born and raised in Elmira, NY, Megan is a graduate from the University of South Carolina, with a Bachelors degree specializing in design and digital marketing. She has modeled for 10+ years, which has led her to many great opportunities in the industry. In 2021 she founded Pool House Co, a lifestyle brand specializing in comfortable clothing for all. Over the years she has spent time growing an audience on social media, and now lands paid collaborations working with multiple brands. Megan has used her design knowledge to her advantage while helping to create the Le Kim PDF, marketing materials and building the website. She has a passion for helping others discover their true purpose, and guide them to becoming their most authentic self.
